LG webOS Smart TV

Install the EzeSigns Player on LG webOS signage displays and consumer TVs.

Before you start

Download the webOS package
Save ezesigns.ipk to your computer.

Copy to USB
Create a folder /signage/ in the USB root and copy the .ipk file into it.

Plug USB into the display
Insert the USB drive into any USB port on the TV.

Open SI Server Settings
Press SETTINGS on the remote → EZ Setting → SI Server Setting → USB App Installer.

Install the package
Select ezesigns.ipk from the USB drive and confirm. The TV restarts when installation is complete.

Launch and pair
Open EzeSigns Player from Apps. A pairing code will display — enter it under Screens in your dashboard.

Set as default launcher
Settings → Application Launch Mode → Local App → pick EzeSigns Player. The TV will boot straight into the player.

SI Server menu is missing: Consumer webOS TVs may not expose SI Server. Use the web browser method instead — see the Browser guide.
USB Installer doesn't find the file: Verify FAT32 formatting and that the file is in /signage/ at the root of the drive.
App won't auto-start: Some TVs require a firmware update to expose Application Launch Mode. Update the TV firmware and try again.
